What to Expect
Welcome to East Brunswick Physical Therapy! We provide a straightforward and efficient process.
How to Prepare
First, we will ask you to complete an intake form before you see your therapist. Whatever joint or body part that needs to be evaluated needs to be accessible. So, for example, if we’re looking at your knee, please wear shorts or bring them in to change here. You also need a prescription from your doctor.

Your PT will do the following:
- Perform an evaluation
- Develop a home exercise program
Financials will be discussed at this appointment, so you know what your plan of care will cost.
Please allow 30 minutes for this visit.
Follow-up Visits
These appointments will take 30-60 minutes.
